Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If a product arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products should be in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Please note that some hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return for safety reasons.
